It has been said a thousands time before, but a company without communication is a company without much at all. A company is made up of interacting team members all working towards a shared goal, and not a set of individuals all looking after only themselves. Less Harmful Office Politics. There will always be a certain amount of office politics in all business environments. It is human nature that some people just won’t get on, but bad communication only exacerbates problems and drags them out over a longer period of time. If members of a team communicate their issues and contentions in a professional and honest manner, it helps all involved achieve a greater understanding of what the core hurdles are and how best they can be overcome. Also, it often prevents the same problem arising again as everyone can keep an eye out for the warning signs.

These businesses very rarely retain staff for very long however as it is again human nature to communicate. If you are going to be at work for eight or so hours per day, it is actually very important that you talk and laugh with your colleges.
